INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup maize flour
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • Water and Salt
  • For salsa:
  • 6 -7 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 - 7 slices jalapenos
  • 1 onion
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, maize flour. Add carom seeds, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, water and prepare a dough.

    Roll out the dough using oil. Give it a triangular shape using a knife. Deep fry it in the oil until it turns golden.

    For salsa, in a bowl, add chopped cherry tomatoes, onion and jalapenos. Add chopped coriander leaves, salt as per taste, vinegar and mash it.

    Serve the nachos with salsa.
