INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup maize flour
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • Water and Salt
  • For salsa:
  • 6 -7 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 - 7 slices jalapenos
  • 1 onion
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

HOW TO PREPARE MULTIGRAIN NACHOS

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, maize flour Add carom seeds, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, water and prepare a dough.
  2. 2

    Roll out the dough using oil Give it a triangular shape using a knife Deep fry it in the oil until it turns golden.
  3. 3

    For salsa, in a bowl, add chopped cherry tomatoes, onion and jalapenos Add chopped coriander leaves, salt as per taste, vinegar and mash it.
  4. 4

    Serve the nachos with salsa.
