  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 to 5 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 4 to 5 tbsp multigrain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 to 3 tbsp melted chocolate
  • Chocolate syrup as required
  • Strawberry syrup as required
  • For Garnish: Icing sugar
  • cocoa powder
  • Candy

    For the muffin batter in a bowl, beat eggs with butter.
  2. 2

    To this beaten egg, add equal quantity of all purpose flour and multigrain flour, a pinch of baking powder, milk, honey, and melted chocolate.

    Mix the batter well.

    Transfer the batter to the muffin moulds (silicone moulds) and bake in a pre heated oven for 10 to 12 min at 180'C.

    Once baked, transfer the muffins to a plate.
  6. 6

    Pour some chocolate syrup on top of some muffins and strawberry syrup on the remaining muffins.
  7. 7

    Garnish the muffins with some icing sugar and cocoa powder.
  8. 8

    Place a candy on one side and serve the muffins.
