  • 300 gms Flour
  • 100 gms Multigrain Flour
  • 2 tbsp Lapsi(Broken Wheat)
  • 1/2 tsp Gluten
  • 1/2 tsp Bread improver
  • 30 gms Yeast
  • 20 gms Sugar
  • Warm Water
  • 10 gms Salt
  • 10 ml Olive Oil

    In a bowl, add 300 gms wheat flour, 100 gms multigrain, 2 tbsp broken wheat, 1/2 tsp gluten, 1/2 tsp bread improver and mix well. In a bowl, add 30 gms yeast, 20 gms sugar, 2 tbsp warm water and mix well. Pour the flour mixture on the workstation and add the activated yeast mixture. Add 10 gms salt and knead it into soft dough using warm water. Add 10 ml olive oil and knead the dough till it turns smooth. Grease a loaf tin using olive oil. Shape the dough in the form of a loaf and place it in the tin. Rest the dough for two hours. Preheat the oven at 200'C. Brush the dough with some milk and sprinkle 4 tsp sesame seeds and 4 tsp flax seeds. Bake the loaf for 20-25 minutes. Multigrain bread is ready. Cut it into slices before serving.
