INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup gram four
  • 2 tbsp jowar flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp ragi flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 cup Curd
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • crushed
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • oil as required
  • For Chutney :1/4bunchcoriander leaves
  • 2 to 3green chillies
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 10 12garlic cloves
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • water

HOW TO PREPARE MULTI GRAIN IDLI

    In a bowl take gram flour, jowar flour, rice flour, ragi flour, sesame seeds, grated coconut and curd.

    Whisk the ingredients well.
  3. 3

    Pour water as required and whisk it well to avoid formation of lumps in the batter.
  4. 4

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5

    Mix it and keep the batter aside.
  6. 6

    After 15 minutes add baking soda.
  7. 7

    Grease the idli moulds with oil.
  8. 8

    Pour the batter in each mould and leave it to cook.
  9. 9

    In a blending jar, take coriander leaves, green chillies, sesame seeds, garlic, salt, oil and water.
  10. 10

    Blend all the ingredients till it turns into a paste.
