  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp fennel powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • FOR garnish
  • Pistachios
  • cardamom powder

    In a wok, add the ghee, gram flour, cardamom powder, and fennel seed powder.
  2. 2

    Mix well.
  3. 3

    Take the mixture off the heat; add powdered sugar when it cools.
  4. 4

    Make small laddus from the mixture.
  5. 5

    In a plate, mix powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
  6. 6

    Roll the laddu in this mixture.
  7. 7

    Dust each laddu with pistachio and cardamom powder for serving.
