Motichoor Laddoo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • water
  • salt
  • sugar syrup
  • silver warq
  • pistachios

HOW TO PREPARE MOTICHOOR LADDOO

  1. 1

    Make a batter of gram flour, Water, a pinch of Salt.
  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a medium size kadhai.
  3. 3

    Pour batter in a zero size boondi ladle, Remove the boondi once they are crispy and golden in colour.
  4. 4

    Seive the boondi through a narrow seive to separate big and small boondi.
  5. 5

    Make single thread Sugar syrup.
  6. 6

    Put small boondi in sugar syrup and let them soak in it.
  7. 7

    Remove the boondi from sugar syrup with a fine seive and drain the excess syrup, keep the boondi aside to cool down.
  8. 8

    Spread ghee on palms and bind boondi lightly into small sphere shape balls.
  9. 9

    Garnish with silver warq and finaly chopped pistachios.
