- soaked choi
- black peppercorn
- ridge gourd & ash gourd
- red pumpkin
- arbi & papdi
- rice flour
- In a heated pan, add ghee, brinjals and fry it and take it out in a bowl.
- In another heated pan, add oil, black peppercorns, coconut. Add chopped ridge gourd, drumsticks, ash gourd, pumpkin, arbi, papdi and stir it.
- Add the choi, water and let it cook. Add the slurry of milk, flour and sugar. Add powdered choi and stir it. Add fried brinjals and mix.
- Garnish with ghee, chana wadi and serve.
