INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Moong Dal
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 to 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumun seeds
  • 1 tsp White Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Oil
  • Coriander Mint Chutney
  • White Radish

PREPARATION

    Soak moong daal overnight, strain and grind dal into rough paste.

    Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped inch ginger.

    In a pan roast add cumun seeds, white sesame seeds, grind them in a mortar pastle and add to the paste, warm oil and add small balls made from the batter.

    Deep fry in oil at low heat.

    Serve moong pakodi hot with coriander mint chutney and grated white radish.
