INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Moong Dal
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 to 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumun seeds
  • 1 tsp White Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Oil
  • Coriander Mint Chutney
  • White Radish

HOW TO PREPARE MOONG DAL PAKODI

    Soak moong daal overnight.
  2. 2

    strain and grind dal into rough paste.
  3. 3

    add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped inch ginger.

    in a pan roast add cumin seeds, white sesame seeds.
  5. 5

    grind them in a mortar paste and add to the paste.
  6. 6

    warm oil and add small balls made from the batter.
  7. 7

    deep fry in oil at low heat.
  8. 8

    serve moong pakodi hot with coriander mint chutney and grated white radish.
