INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups sprouted moong dal
  • 200 grams gram flour (besan)
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 spoon Red chill powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon ajwain
  • 1 tea spoon dry mango powder
  • Fresh Coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Mix dry gram flour, salt, dry mango powder, red chill powder and ajwain .

    Mix 3/4 cup water .
  3. 3

    Whisk well.
  4. 4

    Put sprouted dal and finely chopped onion.
  5. 5

    Mix well.
  6. 6

    Keep aside for 60 min .
  7. 7

    Heat oil in kadhai .
  8. 8

    Add 7 tbsp filling one at a time in the oil.
  9. 9

    Cook at low medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

    Garnish with coriander leaves And Serve hot with imli chatni .
