INGREDIENTS

  • 1 round pumpkin
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate pearls
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup raw banana
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1½ tbsp corn flour mixture
  • coconut water
  • 1 tbsp oil

HOW TO PREPARE MONSTER FEAST BRAIN MASALA

    Carve out a pumpkin using a melon scooper and keep aside to use as a serving dish.
  2. 2

    Transfer coconut water to a bowl, add the pomegranate pearls, pomegranate juice, mushroom, raw banana, salt, black pepper and mix well.
  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared mixture to it. When the mixture reduces, add some corn flour mix to thicken it.
  4. 4

    Transfer the contents to a bowl and fill it into the hollow cavity of the carved pumpkin. Now savour the delicious dish.
