INGREDIENTS

  • 1 round pumpkin
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate pearls
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup raw banana
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1½ tbsp corn flour mixture
  • Coconut water
  • 1 tbsp oil

HOW TO PREPARE MONSTER FEAST BRAIN MASALA

    Carve out a pumpkin and using a melon scooper remove the seeds, as this is going to be the serving dish.

    Set it aside.

    In a bowl, take coconut water add the pomegranate pearls, pomegranate juice, mushroom and raw banana.

    Add salt and black pepper powder, to taste.

    Mix well.

    Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared mixture to it.

    When the mixture reduces, add some corn flour mix to thicken it.
  8. 8

    In case it gets too thick add coconut water to adjust its consistency.

    Transfer the contents to a bowl and fill it into the hollow cavity of the carved pumpkin.

    Now savour the delicious dish.
