INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • Water as needed
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 to 3 Bay Leaves
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 3 to 4 Green Cardamom
  • 3 to 4 Cloves
  • 3 to 4 Black Peppercorns
  • 50 gms Sugar
  • 5 to 6 Strands of Saffron
  • 1 tbsp Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Cashewnuts
  • 1 tbsp Khajur
  • 1 tbsp Blended Almonds
  • Water as needed
  • ½ tsp cup Milk.

HOW TO PREPARE MODHUR PULAV

    In Ghee add Cinnamon sticks, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Black Peppercorns, Green Cardamom and sauté.

    Add Sugar, Saffron, Khajur, Almonds, Cashewnuts, Blended Almonds and sauté.
  3. 3

    Add water Milk socked rice, let the Rice cook.
  4. 4

    Garnish Modhur Pulav with sliced Khajur.
