  • 100 gm butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • Coconut and jaggery mixture
  • Whipped cream
  • Raisins

    Whisk and cream the butter in a bowl. Add the all purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, condensed milk, and yogurt.

    Mix the ingredients well and prepare a batter. Add the batter in the cupcake moulds and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 20 - 25 minutes.

    Scoop out a hole in the middle of each muffin with a cookie cutter. Spoon in the coconut jaggery stuffing.

    Top with whipped cream and raisins. Sprinkle coconut jaggery mixture on top and serve.
