INGREDIENTS

  • 250 from rice soaked in orange edible colour half boiled for five minutes
  • 250 grms basamati rice soaked and boiled for five minutes no colour
  • Two large onion cut and deep fried and kept aside
  • Boil soya chunks nutralite till it becomes soft squeez water and mash it into kheema
  • Heat oil add ginger garlic paste let it brown add tomatoes and garam masala powder along with red chilli salt as per taste powder and turmeric one spoon each
  • Heat till masalas gets separate from oil
  • Add this masalas to soya kheem and add corn flour fry balls of state khaskhas keep aside also save masalay gravey
  • Take non stick bowl add white rice add onions than some gravy add orange half cooked rice and add fried onions add gravy and decorate with kheem balls garnish with green coriander and use left out gravy for curry add boiled potatoes in left out curry and serve hot with raita and fizz drink
