Grind the soaked split green gram. Peel the banana flower and separate the flowers. Transfer to a bowl filled with water. In a pan, heat oil. Add panch phoran masala chopped onion, green chilli, banana flower, turmeric powder, salt, and coriander powder. Mix well. For the batter, combine split green gram paste, banana flower mixture, peanuts, all ground spice, and oil. Mix well. Grease idli moulds with oil and fill the batter. Steam mochar chops in a steamer for 5 to 7 min. Serve mochar chops with curd dip. Garnish with coriander sprigs.
