INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Mocha Caramel Hazelnut Semi Fredo
  • 2 cups Fresh cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp coffee syrup
  • 1 tsp coffee liquor
  • 18 to 20 hazelnuts
  • roasted
  • 1 cling wrap
  • 52 gm Refined flour
  • 50 gm caster sugar
  • 32 gm cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp corn flour
  • 2 to 3 tbsp melted butter
  • FOR Chocolate Milk Crumbs

  • 2 to 3 tbsp melted butter
  • FOR Garnish
  • Salted caramelised hazelnuts
  • Chocolate cup
  • Chocolate milk crumbs
  • Caramel sauce
  • Stick of Pickwick

HOW TO PREPARE MOCHA CARAMEL HAZELNUT SEMI FREDO

    In a bowl add cream, condensed milk and beat it, add coffee syrup coffee liquor and beat it again.

    Chop roasted hazelnuts and add it to semi ferrado mixture.
  3. 3

    Pour the mixture in a container lined with cling wrap and freeze it for a few hours to set well.
  4. 4

    To make the crumbs: Add flour, caster sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour and beat it, slowly add melted butter and continue to beat it and place it on a baking tray.

    Bake it in preheated oven at 150 160 C for 15 20 min.
  6. 6

    Dip the spoon in hot water, wipe it and spoon out the semifreddo.
  7. 7

    Place it on a platter and garnish with salted caramelised hazelnuts chocolate crumbs.
  8. 8

    Pour caramel sauce and add a stick of Pickwick.
  9. 9

    Semifreddo is ready to serve.
