  • For mocha caramel hazelnut semi fredo
  • 2 cups fresh cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp coffee syrup
  • 1 tsp coffee liquor
  • 18 to 20 hazelnuts roasted
  • 1 cling wrap
  • 52 gm refined flour
  • 50 gm caster sugar
  • 32 gm cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp corn flour
  • 2 to 3 tbsp melted butte
  • For chocolate milk crumbs

  • 2 to 3 tbsp melted butter
  • For garnish
  • salted caramelised hazelnuts

    In a bowl add cream, condensed milk and beat it, add coffee syrup coffee liquor and beat it again.

    Chop roasted hazelnuts and add it to semi ferrado mixture.

    Pour the mixture in a container lined with cling wrap and freeze it for a few hours to set well.

    To make the crumbs: Add flour, caster sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour and beat it, slowly add melted butter and continue to beat it and place it on a baking tray.

    Bake it in pre-heated oven at 150 - 160 C for 15 - 20 min.

    Dip the spoon in hot water, wipe it and spoon out the semifreddo.

    Place it on a platter and garnish with salted caramelised hazelnuts chocolate crumbs.

    Pour caramel sauce. Semifreddo is ready to serve.
