INGREDIENTS

  • For salsa
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 tsp chopped onions
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • crushed black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • For bhel
  • 1 cup boiled red kidney beans
  • 1 cup boiled mixed sprouts
  • 1 boiled chopped potato
  • 1 tbsp chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • sev
  • crushed black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • For garnish
  • nachos crushed
  • sev
  • bhel and salsa

PREPARATION

    For the salsa in a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, tomato juice, lemon juice, onions, crushed black pepper and salt.

    For the bhel, add boiled red kidney beans to a bowl.

    Add boiled mixed sprouts.

    Mix with boiled and chopped potato chopped cucumber, tamarind paste, chopped coriander, crushed black pepper and salt. Mix well.

    Make a cone with a banana leaf.

    Fill with the bhel top with some sev and salsa.
  7. 7

    Keep the cone upside down in a plate.
  8. 8

    Garnish with crushed nachos, sev and remaining bhel and salsa.
