- 3cups rice
- 1cup Urad Dal
- Spoonful methi dana
- 1cup poha
- 2chopped onuons
- 1chopped capsicum
- 1chopped carrot
- Palak leaves
- 1/2 chopped tomato
- For Batter: Soak Rice , urad dal+methi dana separately for 6-7 hrSoak poha for 5-8minutes before grinding.
- Grind soaked rice, urad dal and poha separatelMix the batter in a vessel and let it ferment overnight.
- Take a small portion of the batter add a pinch of soda and salt before cooking.
- Pour large spoonful of batter to the Dosa pan, add chopped vegetables to it as a toppinCook on both the side to get a crispy taste.Enjoy the southie meal with chutney.
