  • 3cups rice
  • 1cup Urad Dal
  • Spoonful methi dana
  • 1cup poha
  • 2chopped onuons
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 1chopped carrot
  • Palak leaves
  • Coriander
  • 1/2 chopped tomato

PREPARATION

    For Batter: Soak Rice , urad dal+methi dana separately for 6-7 hrSoak poha for 5-8minutes before grinding.

    Grind soaked rice, urad dal and poha separatelMix the batter in a vessel and let it ferment overnight.

    Take a small portion of the batter add a pinch of soda and salt before cooking.

    Pour large spoonful of batter to the Dosa pan, add chopped vegetables to it as a toppinCook on both the side to get a crispy taste.Enjoy the southie meal with chutney.
