- 500 gm maida
- 250 gm of powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 200 gm ghee
- 1 egg yolk
- Icing sugar
- In a bowl, add maida, powdered sugar, soda, ghee and mix it well. Sprinkle water and prepare a dough.
- Using hands roll the dough into discs. Apply ghee and add it in on a plate.
- Apply egg yolk and bake it in the preheated oven. Garnish with icing sugar and serve.
