INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm maida
  • 250 gm of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 200 gm ghee
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE MITTH KULCHE

    In a bowl, add maida, powdered sugar, soda, ghee and mix it well. Sprinkle water and prepare a dough.
  2. 2

    Using hands roll the dough into discs. Apply ghee and add it in on a plate.
  3. 3

    Apply egg yolk and bake it in the preheated oven. Garnish with icing sugar and serve.
