INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup onions
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp aniseeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • salt
  • Water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp White butter
  • Pickle
  • Curd
  • green chutney
  • Salad
  • coriander
  • 1 tbsp White butter

HOW TO PREPARE MISSI ROTI

    In a bowl add wheat flour, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, aniseeds, cumin seeds, and salt.

    Add water and oil to make a dough.
  3. 3

    Roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
  4. 4

    Melt white butter on a tawa and cook missi roti until golden brown.
  5. 5

    Serve missi roti with pickle, curd, green chutney, salad, chopped coriander, and some butter.
