INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup leftover dal
  • 1-2 tbsp clarified butter
  • ½ onion -grated
  • 1 green Chilli
  • coriander Leaves
  • 1 garlic clove -grated
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour

PREPARATION

    Combine wheat flour, leftover dal and clarified butter to make a dough.

    Mix together grated onion, grated garlic, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder and wheat flour and add this mixture to the dough made earlier.

    Make balls form the dough and then roll out rotis.

    Fry the rotis from both sides in clarified butter on a flat tava (Griddle).
