INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm green chilli
  • 50 gm grated fennel seeds
  • 50 gm grated mustard seeds
  • 10 gm grated fenugreek seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • 5 gm kalonji
  • 2.5 gm turmeric powder
  • 50 gm of mustard oil
  • 50 gm of lemon juice

HOW TO PREPARE MIRCHI KA ACHAAR

    In a bowl, add chopped green chilli, grated fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt as per taste, kalonji, turmeric powder.

    Add oil, lemon juice and mix it well.
  3. 3

    Add the achaar in a container and store it for 3 - 4 days.
