INGREDIENTS

  • For Mini Veg Pizza: 200 gm refined flour
  • 150 gm whole wheat flour
  • 30 gm activated yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 6-7 cherry tomatoes
  • 6-7 black olives
  • 3-4 basil leaves
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • 100 gm pizza sauce
  • 100 gm mozzarella cheese
  • 3-4 chopped basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

HOW TO PREPARE MINI VEG PIZZA

    Procedure to make Mini veg pizza: In a bowl add refined flour, whole wheat flour, the activated yeast, salt, olive oil, water and prepare a dough.

    In a bowl add olive oil and prove the dough covered with a piece of cloth for 10 minutes.

    In a pan add olive oil, chopped garlic, yellow bell pepper and saute.

    Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, basil leaves, salt and black pepper powder.

    Roll the dough on the flour.

    Roll out the pizza slices by using hands.
  7. 7

    On a baking tray place the pizza slices, pizza sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, cooked vegetables, chopped basil leaves, sprinkle olive oil and bake it in a preheated oven at 200' C - 225'C for 10 minutes.
