INGREDIENTS

  • 4 white bread slices
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For The Topping :½ cup soaked semolina in yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • Tomato sauce as required
  • Grated cheese as required
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE MINI BREAD PIZZA

    Soak semolina in yogurt for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add chopped green bell peppers, grated cheese, tomato sauce, chilli flakes, salt, and crushed black pepper.

    Set aside for 10 minutes.
  4. 4

    Using a round cutter, cut the bread slices.
  5. 5

    Spread the semolina mixture on the bread slice.
  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan.
  7. 7

    Pan sear the pizza from both sides.
  8. 8

    Add tomato sauce and grated cheese on the topping.
  9. 9

    Transfer the bread pizzas to a serving plate.
  10. 10

    Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
