INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup soaked whole green gram
  • 4 to 5 spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 ½ tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • salt to taste
  • For The Chaat 1 boiled potato
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp onions
  • 1 wedge lemon juice
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp tamarind chutney
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish Yogurt as required
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Lemon wedge
  • coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Soak semolina in yogurt for 10 to 15 minutes. Add chopped green bell peppers, grated cheese, tomato sauce, chilli flakes, salt, and crushed black pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes. Using a round cutter, cut the bread slices. Spread the semolina mixture on the bread slice. Heat oil in a pan. Pan sear the pizza from both sides. Add tomato sauce and grated cheese on the topping. Transfer the bread pizzas to a serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
