Finely chop the skinned apples. For the filling, heat butter in a pan. Add chopped apples and powdered sugar. Cook for some time on a low flame. For the dough, add some refined flour to a bowl. Mix with some butter. Add water and knead a dough. Divide the dough into 2 portions. Flatten each portion and roll out using a rolling pin. Make round shapes using a round cutter. Give slits to some discs. Line these discs in a silicone muffin tray. Add the apple filling. Cover each pie with a slit disc. Bake the pies for 20 to 25 minutes at 180'C. Serve the apple pies by garnishing with powdered sugar and mint leaves.
