Mini Apple Pie

  • For The Filling :4 to 5 skinned and chopped apples
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • For The Dough :½ cup refined flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • water
  • For Garnish: Powdered sugar
  • Mint leaves

    Finely chop the skinned apples.
  2. 2

    For the filling, heat butter in a pan.
  3. 3

    Add chopped apples and powdered sugar.
  4. 4

    Cook for some time on a low flame.
  5. 5

    For the dough, add some refined flour to a bowl.
  6. 6

    Mix with some butter.
  7. 7

    Add water and knead a dough.
  8. 8

    Divide the dough into 2 portions.
  9. 9

    Flatten each portion and roll out using a rolling pin.
  10. 10

    Make round shapes using a round cutter.
  11. 11

    Give slits to some discs.
  12. 12

    Line these discs in a silicone muffin tray.

    Add the apple filling.
  14. 14

    Cover each pie with a slit disc.
  15. 15

    Bake the pies for 20 to 25 minutes at 180'C.
  16. 16

    Serve the apple pies by garnishing with powdered sugar and mint leaves.
