- 2 litres of full cream milk
- Dry fruits almond, cashew, walnuts, grated coconut, cardamom powde
- Vanilla essence, fresh cream
- Take a thick based pan, pour 2lt of milk and boil on medium flame till it reduce to halThen add sugar and cardamom powder to it and boil till sugar gets dissolveSwitch off the stove and let milk get cooCut or grate almond cashew and walnut and add to the milk and then add vanilla essence and coconut to iThen place in a mould and freeze it overnighSometimes it happens sugar contained milk doesn't gets freeze so add little milk on toIf you don't have mould like I didn't have place in glass or katorieAnd serve it chill in this summer.
