Cold milk is a refreshing drink in summers. Chef Gautam Mehrishi takes this freshness to another level and uses milk to make a unique dessert. The texture and flavours of this dessert will blow your mind. This recipe is a must try and will surely be loved by your kids.
In a heated pan add cold milk and rock salt. In another pan, add milk and let it boil on a slow flame. Add sugar in both the pans.
For preparing cookie dough, add refined flour in a bowl. Add sugar and mix it. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, butter, milk and mix it. Add the batter in a cake tin and bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 6 minutes.
In a bowl, add coco butter, soft chocolate, boiled milk and mix it. Add the chocolate mixture in the pan again.
In another bowl, add egg yolks, a pinch of rock salt. Add the coco and chocolate mixture mix it and keep it aside.
Soften the gelatine sheets using water in a bowl and whisk it. Over the gelatine, bowl add a bowl and add the chocolate mixture in it. Add cold cream in the mixture and mix again.
In the second pot of milk, add roasted coffee beans and leave it to prove. Strain the milk in a bowl and add coffee powder. cold cream. Add the mixture in the pan and let it warm.
In a bowl, add egg yolks, a pinch of rock salt and add the hot mixture and mix it. Add the mixture in the pot again and let it warm.
Add the chocolate mixture in a glass and leave it to set in the fridge for 30 - 45 minutes.
Add the coffee mixture in the jar. Add ice and blend it.
