Microwave Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup split green gram soaked
  • 1 banana flower chopped
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp panch phoran
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • salt
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Peanuts
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • Curd dip
  • Coriander sprigs

HOW TO PREPARE MICROWAVE PUDDING

  1. 1

    For the sponge batter blend egg white, caster sugar, pistachio paste, and all purpose flour.
  2. 2

    Blend well.
  3. 3

    Transfer the batter to a cream charger attach the nitrogen gas capsule to it.
  4. 4

    Allow the gas to mix with the mixture and shake the cream charger.
  5. 5

    Grease two ramekins with butter and fill them with the mixture filled in the cream charger.
  6. 6

    Microwave the sponge for 40 seconds.
  7. 7

    For the jam base, combine sugar syrup and sugar free jam in a pan.
  8. 8

    Mix well.
  9. 9

    Using a brush, apply jam base on the sponge.
  10. 10

    Apply jam base on the serving plate too.
  11. 11

    Top the sponges with halved red grapes and orange wedges.
  12. 12

    Sprinkle sugar and caramelise with a blowtorch.
  13. 13

    Top the sponges with mint leaves, crushed wafer biscuits and whipped cream.
  14. 14

    Garnish with mint leaves and wafer pencil.
