INGREDIENTS

  • For salad:
  • 1 cup mix beans like/Rajma, white beans , corn boiled
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper or capsicum
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1+1/2 cup lettuce leaves or cabbage
  • 1 large tomato desseded fn-ch
  • 1/2 cup spring onion
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Few corn chips
  • Dressing 1:
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice

  • Dressing 2:
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Dressing 3:
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1/2 part small onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 fresh green or red chilly
  • 1tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp red chilli paste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

    Keep all ingredients in a mixer jar, crush it and use as a dressing.
