INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ¼ cup onions
  • salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup kidney beans boiled
  • ½ cup corn
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • water
  • ¼ cup green olives
  • 1 to 2 tsp celery

HOW TO PREPARE MEXICAN NACHOS SOUP

    For the soup: Heat oil in a Kadai.

    Add chopped garlic chopped ginger, chopped onions, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, boiled red kidney beans, corn, chopped green chillies, tomato juice, water, green olives and chopped celery.

    Mix and cook them well.
  4. 4

    Serve the soup in a bowl.
  5. 5

    Top it off it with the fried naan.
  6. 6

    Sprinkle cheese over it and garnish it with a coriander sprig.

    Serve the soup with nachos.

    For the garnish: Chop naan into juliennes and deep fry them in oil until they turn golden brown.

    Remove them on a tissue paper.
