INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chocolate melted
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • salt
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp gelatine melted
  • ½ cup avocado pulp
  • icing sugar
  • Chocolate pieces crumbled

HOW TO PREPARE MEXICAN MANGO MOUSSE

    Crumble the butter paper open it and spread melted chocolate on it and keep aside.

    In a bowl, whisk egg white.
  3. 3

    Add a pinch of salt and whisk again.
  4. 4

    Add mango pulp, cream, honey, and melted gelatine and mix continuously.
  5. 5

    Mango mousse is ready.
  6. 6

    In shot glasses, add avocado pulp to the bottom and pour mango mousse.
  7. 7

    Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  8. 8

    Garnish with icing sugar and crumbled chocolate pieces.
