INGREDIENTS

  • For methi ki bhaji
  • 1 bunch methi greens
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • pinch of soda bicarb
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup besan
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • water
  • oil for frying
  • For fullvadi
  • 1 cup besan
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp white sesame
  • 1 ½ tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • water
  • oil for frying

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add chopped methi, crushed coriander seeds chopped green chillies, soda bicarb, lemon juice, besan, wheat flour oil and prepare a dough.

    Deep fry the pakoda in the until it turns crispy.

    For fullvadi, in a bowl, add besan, whole wheat flour, salt as per taste, black pepper powder, white sesame seeds.

    Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, semolina, sugar and mix it well.

    Add oil, water and prepare a dough.

    Roll the dough into logs and deep fry it in the oil.
  7. 7

    Serve the Methi Ni Bhaji Na Gota and Fullvadi with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
