  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 500 gms Chicken pieces
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 2 Thinly Sliced Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Fenugreek Leaves ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ cup Tomato Purée
  • ½ cup Saffron mixed in Milk
  • Kasuri Methi Powder
  • Coriander Sprig for garnish

    Marinade the chicken with curd,garlic paste,ginger paste,lemon juice and salt.

    Heat oil and fry onions till golden brown, add the chicken pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Garam Masala powder.

    Add the tomato purée along with chopped fenugreek leaves and continue to sauté and cover the lid and let it simmer.

    Add the saffron and kasuri methi powder Mix it well.
  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander spring and serve.
