INGREDIENTS

  • For Sesame Dry Fruit Bites: 1 Cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 Cup Seedless Dates
  • 1 Cup Prunes
  • 1 Cup Golden Apricots
  • 1 Cup Almonds

HOW TO PREPARE METHI KE PARATHE

  1. 1

    Procedure to make Sesame Dry Fruit Bites: Roast the sesame seeds in a hot pan.

    Once roasted, transfer the seeds to a bowl.
  3. 3

    In another bowl, take some chopped seedless dates, prunes and apricots.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Grind some almonds in a blender.
  6. 6

    Add this to the dry fruit mixture and mix well again.
  7. 7

    Make small balls using the mixture.
  8. 8

    Coat the balls with roasted sesame seeds.
  9. 9

    Transfer it to a serving plate.
  10. 10

    Sesame Dry Fruit Bites is ready to serve.
