Take some chopped fenugreek leaves in a bowl. Add onion tomato, garlic chives(leaves), green chillies, sprouted green gram, a few carom seeds, chaat masala, salt and a little all ground spice. Add some gram flour and mix well with water. Make some tikkis using this mixture. Heat a little oil on a pan and fry the tikkis till they turn a golden brown. Transfer them to a serving plate and serve them with green chutney and roasted fenugreek leaves.
