INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped Tomato
  • 1 cup green gram sprouted
  • ½ cup chopped garlic chives
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • ½ tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp All ground spice
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For Serve: Green chutney and Roasted fenugreek leaves

HOW TO PREPARE METHI KE KEBAB

  1. 1

    Take some chopped fenugreek leaves in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Add onion tomato, garlic chives(leaves), green chillies, sprouted green gram, a few carom seeds, chaat masala, salt and a little all ground spice.
  3. 3

    Add some gram flour and mix well with water.
  4. 4

    Make some tikkis using this mixture.
  5. 5

    Heat a little oil on a pan and fry the tikkis till they turn a golden brown.
  6. 6

    Transfer them to a serving plate and serve them with green chutney and roasted fenugreek leaves.
