INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For Serving: Yogurt

HOW TO PREPARE METHI KA PARATHA

    Take some wheat flour in a bowl pour a little water and mix to prepare the dough.

    Take chopped fenugreek leaves in another bowl and add onion, mint leaves, coriander and green chillies (all chopped) and mix well.
  3. 3

    Add a little chaat masala and salt to the mixture.
  4. 4

    Mix well to prepare the stuffing for the roti.
  5. 5

    Using the dough, make some rotis.
  6. 6

    Place a little stuffing in the middle of the roti and fold carefully.
  7. 7

    Flatten the stuffed folded roti once again using a roller.
  8. 8

    Make a few more parathas this way.
  9. 9

    Heat butter on a tawa and fry the parathas.
  10. 10

    Apply a little butter on both sides of the parathas while frying.
  11. 11

    Transfer to a serving plate and serve the parathas hot with yogurt.
