Take some wheat flour in a bowl pour a little water and mix to prepare the dough. Take chopped fenugreek leaves in another bowl and add onion, mint leaves, coriander and green chillies (all chopped) and mix well. Add a little chaat masala and salt to the mixture. Mix well to prepare the stuffing for the roti. Using the dough, make some rotis. Place a little stuffing in the middle of the roti and fold carefully. Flatten the stuffed folded roti once again using a roller. Make a few more parathas this way. Heat butter on a tawa and fry the parathas. Apply a little butter on both sides of the parathas while frying. Transfer to a serving plate and serve the parathas hot with yogurt.
