  • 5 cups ghee
  • 3 tsp edible gum
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp watermelon seeds
  • ½ cup lotus seeds
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Pistachios
  • Cherries

    In a mixing bowl add butter, refined flour, custard powder, icing sugar, baking powder and white butter.

    Knead it well to form a dough.
  3. 3

    Allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
  4. 4

    Then, make small dough balls out of the dough.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle refined flour on a baking tray and place the small dough balls.
  6. 6

    Make designs on the cookies with a fork.
  7. 7

    Pre heat the oven at 160 C to 165 C and bake the cookies for 15 minutes.

    FOR THE BUTTER MIXTURE: Blend white butter, icing sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice and vanilla essence in a blender.

    Transfer this mixture into a bowl.

    Cut the cookies into halves.
  11. 11

    Spread the mixture over the flat side of the biscuits and cover it with other half of the biscuit.

    Serve these cookies with mango milkshake.
