INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 gm unsalted butter
  • 1½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cornflakes crushed

HOW TO PREPARE MELTING MOMENTS

    In a bowl sieve the refined flour and baking powder using a strainer.

    Set aside.

    In another bowl, add unsalted butter and powdered sugar.

    Beat well with a hand blender.
  5. 5

    Add vanilla essence and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add vanilla extract and beat again for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add the refined flour mixture in portions to the butter mixture and prepare a soft dough.

    Make round balls and shape them like a cookie.

    Coat the cookies with crushed cornflakes.

    Grease a baking tray with butter and dust refined flour.

    Arrange the cookies on the baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 10 to 12 minutes.
