INGREDIENTS

  • 1 raw mango peeled and julienne
  • ½ cup watermelon
  • ½ cup mango pulp
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 18 to 20 slices of white dhoklas
  • 2 tsp pine nuts
  • 1 roasted papad
  • 3 to 4 tbsp green chutney
  • For Garnish: 4 to 5 halved cherry tomato
  • 3 to 4 tbsp mint chutney foam
  • roasted papad

HOW TO PREPARE MELON & MANGO DHOKLA SALAD

    In a bowl combine chopped raw mango, watermelon, mango pulp, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder.

    Set the marinade aside for 10 min.
  3. 3

    Marinate 6-8 slices of white dhokla and pine nuts with the marinade.
  4. 4

    Roast a papad.
  5. 5

    Make a stack with the following sequence: white dhokla, watermelon slice, marinated dhokla, green chutney, marinade, and white dhokla.

    Repeat till all the dhokla slices are used.
  7. 7

    In the serving plate spread roasted-crushed papad and arrange dhokla salad sandwiches on it.
