In a bowl combine chopped raw mango, watermelon, mango pulp, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder. Set aside the marinade for 10 min. Marinate white dhokla and pine nuts with the marinade. Roast a papad. Make a stack with the following sequence: white dhokla, watermelon slice, marinated dhokla, green chutney, marinade, and white dhokla. In the serving plate spread roasted and crushed papad. Arrange dhoklas on it. Garnish with cherry tomatoes mint chutney foam, and roasted papad. Your Melon & Mango Dhokla Salad is ready.
