INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm tofu diced
  • 2 cups pickled watermelon
  • ¼ cup cherries fresh
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • Mint sprigs
  • Basil seeds

HOW TO PREPARE MELON AND MANGO DHOKLA SALAD

  1. 1

    In a bowl combine chopped raw mango, watermelon, mango pulp, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder.
  2. 2

    Set aside the marinade for 10 min.
  3. 3

    Marinate white dhokla and pine nuts with the marinade.
  4. 4

    Roast a papad.
  5. 5

    Make a stack with the following sequence: white dhokla, watermelon slice, marinated dhokla, green chutney, marinade, and white dhokla.
  6. 6

    In the serving plate spread roasted and crushed papad.
  7. 7

    Arrange dhoklas on it.
  8. 8

    Garnish with cherry tomatoes mint chutney foam, and roasted papad.
  9. 9

    Your Melon & Mango Dhokla Salad is ready.
