  • 1 raw mango
  • peeled and juliennes
  • ½ cup watermelon
  • ½ cup mango pulp
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 6 to 8 white dhoklas
  • 2 tsp pine nuts
  • 1 papad
  • roasted
  • For Plating 10 to 12 white dhokla
  • 3 to 4 tbsp green chutney
  • For Garnish 4 to 5 halved cherry tomato
  • 3 to 4 tbsp mint chutney foam
  • roasted papad

    In a bowl combine chopped raw mango, watermelon, mango pulp, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder. Set aside the marinade for 10 min. Marinate white dhokla and pine nuts with the marinade. Roast a papad. Make a stack with the following sequence: white dhokla, watermelon slice, marinated dhokla, green chutney, marinade, and white dhokla. In the serving plate spread roasted and crushed papad. Arrange dhoklas on it. Garnish with cherry tomatoes mint chutney foam, and roasted papad. Your Melon & Mango Dhokla Salad is ready.
