  • Ingredients to prepare Meethi Besan ki Sevaiyan:
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 2 cups gram flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Water
  • Oil for frying
  • Silver Vark for garnish:

    Procedure to make Meethi Besan ki Sevaiyan:.

    In a heated pan add ghee and add jaggery.
  3. 3

    Stir the mixture till the jaggery melts.
  4. 4

    In a bowl add gram flour, warm oil, and prepare a soft dough.
  5. 5

    Grease the chakli maker with ghee and add the dough to it and make sevaiyan.
  6. 6

    Deep fry the sevaiyan until it turns crispy and golden brown.
  7. 7

    In a bowl add the Sevaiyan, jaggery syrup and mix it well.
