INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup Split black gram
  • 50 gms gond
  • ½ cup semolina
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup khoya

HOW TO PREPARE MEETHE CHAWAL

    In two pans heat ghee.
  2. 2

    In the first pan fry gond, remove and keep aside.
  3. 3

    In tha same pan fry semolina.
  4. 4

    Split black gram paste and mix.
  5. 5

    Once it start to clump add ghee.
  6. 6

    Make powder of gond and stir.
  7. 7

    Make sugar syrup, add khoya, ghee and stir.
  8. 8

    Add sugar syrup, add khoya mixture in urad dal mix and stir.
  9. 9

    Bring off heat, keep mixing till it thicken.
  10. 10

    keep aside to cool.
  11. 11

    Make small sized bolls.
