INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp greek oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup spring onion greens
  • 1/2 red boiled kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 block feta cheese

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add black pepper powder, cumin powder, greek oregano, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder and mix it well.

    In a bowl, add rice, water and soak it for 30 minutes. Boil the rice.

    Add feta cheese, olive oil and mix it well. Stuff the mixture in bell pepper and add it in the baking dish. Add olive oil, feta cheese and bake it in the pre heated oven at 175'C for 15 - 20 minutes.
