INGREDIENTS

  • 125 gm Flour
  • 1/2 Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/2 tsp baking & Soda
  • 142 ml Buttermilk
  • 42 gms Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2-3 tbsp White sauce
  • 2 - 3 Boiled Chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper.

HOW TO PREPARE MEAT MUFFIN

    In a bowl, add 125 gms flour and season it with 1/2tsp chilli flakes, 1/2tsp mixed herbs, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/2tsp baking soda and mix well.

    In a bowl, add 142 ml buttermilk, 42 gms butter, 1 egg.

    In a bowl, add 2-3 tbsp white sauce, 2-3 tbsp cooked chicken, ¼ tsp mixed herbs, salt, pepper and mix well.

    In a bowl, add flour mixture and wet ingredients and fold lightly.
  5. 5

    Pour the mixture in the muffin moulds and add the filling.
  6. 6

    Cover the filling with batter and bake the muffins at 150-160’C for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.

    Meat Muffins are ready.
