INGREDIENTS

  • 125 gm Flour
  • 1/2 Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/2 tsp baking & Soda
  • 142 ml Buttermilk
  • 42 gms Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2-3 tbsp White sauce
  • 2 - 3 Boiled Chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add 125 gms flour and season it with 1/2tsp chilli flakes, 1/2tsp mixed herbs, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/2tsp baking soda and mix well. In a bowl, add 142 ml buttermilk, 42 gms butter, 1 egg. In a bowl, add 2-3 tbsp white sauce, 2-3 tbsp cooked chicken, ¼ tsp mixed herbs, salt, pepper and mix well. In a bowl, add flour mixture and wet ingredients and fold lightly. Pour the mixture in the muffin moulds and add the filling. Cover the filling with batter and bake the muffins at 150-160’C for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven. Meat Muffins are ready.
