INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup split black gram flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • water
  • oil for frying
  • For Garnish: Sesame seeds roasted

HOW TO PREPARE MASALEDAR SEV

    Knead a dough for sev by combining gram flour split black gram flour, rice flour, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, tomato sauce, salt, olive oil, and water.

    Heat oil for deep frying.

    Pinch a medium sized portion from the dough, fill it in the sev maker, and drop sev directly in the oil.

    Fry until orangish brown.

    Remove sev on a tissue paper in a plate.

    Arrange sev in the serving plate.
  7. 7

    Garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
