INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp fennel powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Asafoetida
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add wheat flour, semolina, salt as per taste, cumin powder, red chilli powder, a pinch of asafoetida, fennel powder, coriander powder and mix it.

    Add milk and prepare a dough. Add oil and mix. Dip the dough in oil and roll it out. Deep fry the puri in oil until it turns golden.
