- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp chai masala
- 1 bunch green tea leaves
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 800 gm of heavy cream
- In a saucepan, add milk, chai masala, green tea leaves and let it boil. Strain the milk in a bowl and let it cool down.
- In a bowl, add egg yolks, sugar and mix it well. Add heavy cream and mix it well. Pour the milk in and mix it again.
- Grease the ramekins with butter. Fill the batter in it and bake it in the oven at 180'C for 40 - 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle sugar over it and caramelise it using a blow torch. Serve with cookie crumble.
