INGREDIENTS

  • Mushrooms
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red
  • Green and Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Garam Masala
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
  • Garlic Bread
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 to 3 Eggs
  • Coriander leaves
  • Black Pepper
  • Cheese

PREPARATION

    In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Add diced onion, mushrooms, bell peppers and chopped green chillies. Add 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala and sauté well. In a bowl, take 100 ml milk and 100 ml cream. Add 2-3 eggs and beat well. Add the sautéed mixture and chopped coriander. Take a garlic bread, cut it into triangles and apply butter. Grease the base of a pie dish and place the breads. Pour the mixture and season it with salt and pepper. Add grated cheese and bake it in a preheated oven at 170-180'C for 10-15 minutes. Masala Bread Pudding is ready.
